Mini Turkey and Cheese Pinwheels

Instructions
Spread the Tortillas
Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread one tablespoon of cream cheese evenly across the entire surface, then add a thin layer of mild mustard on top.
Layer the Fillings
Place two slices of deli turkey and one slice of cheddar cheese on each tortilla, then add a small handful of baby spinach leaves on top of the cheese.
Roll and Chill
