Mini Turkey Meatballs

Instructions
Mix the meatball base
In a large bowl combine ground turkey breadcrumbs egg grated parmesan garlic powder and dried parsley. Mix gently until just combined being careful not to overwork the mixture.
Shape into mini balls
Roll the mixture into small balls roughly the size of a grape using lightly oiled hands. Place them evenly spaced on a lined baking tray.
Bake until cooked through
Drizzle with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 16 to 18 minutes until golden on the outside and fully cooked through inside.
Cool and serve
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving so they are safe for toddlers to handle. Serve alongside pasta sauce or mashed vegetables.
