Instructions
Make the Oreo crust
Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-lock bag and rolling with a pin. Mix with melted butter and press into the base of 6 serving cups.
Whip the chocolate cream
In a chilled mixing bowl combine cold heavy whipping cream, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip with an electric mixer starting on low then increasing to high until stiff peaks form.
Fill the cups
Spoon or pipe the chocolate mousse generously over the Oreo crust in each cup. Use a piping bag with a star tip for an elegant presentation.
Chill and serve
Refrigerate the cups for at least 2 hours before serving. Garnish with additional crushed Oreo crumbs or a swirl of whipped cream if desired.
