Instructions
Make the Simple Syrup
Combine granulated sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat and stir until the sugar dissolves completely, about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat and allow the syrup to cool fully before adding to the lemonade.
Prepare the Passionfruit
Halve the passionfruits and scoop out all the pulp including the seeds into a bowl. If you prefer a smoother drink without seeds, press the pulp through a fine mesh sieve to extract the juice only, although the seeds are edible and decorative.
Combine All Ingredients
