Instructions
Flatten the Bread
Use a rolling pin to flatten each slice of bread as thin as possible without tearing it which helps the bread roll tightly without cracking.
Spread the Fillings
Spread a tablespoon of peanut butter evenly across each flattened bread slice then spread a thin layer of jelly on top leaving a small border at one edge.
Roll and Press
Starting from the opposite edge of the border roll each bread slice tightly into a log then press the seam side down gently to seal the roll together.
Slice Into Rounds
Using a sharp knife slice each roll into 4 equal rounds and arrange them cut side up in a lunchbox container to display the swirl pattern inside.
