Instructions
Cook Rice
Microwave the rice according to package directions and divide between two bowls.
Pan-Fry Tofu
Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over high heat then add cubed tofu and cook for 5 to 6 minutes turning occasionally until golden on all sides.
Glaze with Teriyaki
Pour teriyaki sauce over the tofu in the pan and toss to coat cooking for 1 more minute until the sauce thickens and clings to the tofu.
Assemble and Serve
Top each rice bowl with glazed teriyaki tofu and shredded red cabbage then sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
