Rainbow Fruit and Yogurt Parfait

Prepare the Fruits
Wash all fresh fruits thoroughly. Slice the strawberries into thin pieces, slice the banana into rounds, and dice the mango into small cubes. Set all fruits out in separate bowls for easy layering.
Start the First Layer
Spoon about half of the vanilla Greek yogurt evenly into the bottom of two clear glasses or bowls. Clear containers let kids see all the beautiful colorful layers.
Add Granola and Fruit
Sprinkle half the granola over the yogurt layer. Then add a layer of strawberries, blueberries, banana, and mango in a rainbow pattern over the granola.
Finish and Serve
Add the remaining yogurt on top, followed by the rest of the granola and a final colorful arrangement of fruits on the very top. Serve immediately so the granola stays crunchy.
