Instructions

1

Blend Each Fruit Layer

Working one color at a time blend each fruit separately with half a cup of white grape juice until completely smooth. Add a small drizzle of honey to any layer that needs a little extra sweetness and blend again. You will have four separate colorful fruit purees ready.

2

Pour the First Layer

Pour the strawberry blend into each popsicle mold filling about one quarter of the way. Place the molds in the freezer for 30 to 45 minutes until that layer is firm enough to hold the next layer without the colors bleeding together.

3

Add Remaining Layers

Repeat the layering process with the mango then pineapple then blueberry blends freezing each layer for 30 to 45 minutes between pours. Insert the popsicle sticks when the final layer is about halfway frozen so they stand straight.

Final Freeze and Unmold

Freeze the completed popsicles for at least 4 hours or overnight until completely solid. To unmold run warm water over the outside of the mold for about 10 seconds then gently pull the stick to release the colorful popsicle.

Substitutions

white grape juicecoconut water for a lighter flavor that still blends beautifully with the fruit
honeymaple syrup or simply omit entirely as ripe fruit is naturally sweet enough

Common mistakes

Not freezing each layer long enough before adding the next which causes the colors to mix and bleed together
Using too much liquid in the blend making runny popsicles that take much longer to freeze solid
