Instructions

1

Melt Butter and Marshmallows

Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium low heat. Add mini marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth. Remove from heat immediately once fully combined.

2

Add Cereal and Mix

Pour Rice Krispies cereal into the melted marshmallow mixture and fold together quickly using a buttered spatula until every piece of cereal is evenly coated. Work fast as the mixture sets quickly.

3

Press Into Molds

Grease rocket ship shaped silicone molds generously with butter. Press the warm Rice Krispie mixture firmly into each mold cavity using greased fingers. Allow to cool and set at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before unmolding.

Decorate the Rockets

Divide royal icing into small bowls and tint with different gel food colors. Use a piping bag or toothpick to draw flames, windows, and stars on each rocket. Add sprinkles while the icing is still wet and allow to dry completely before serving.
