Instructions
Brew the Rooibos Tea
Place both rooibos tea bags in a heatproof pitcher and pour boiling water over them. Steep for 5 to 7 minutes since rooibos can handle longer steeping without becoming bitter, then remove the bags and let the tea cool completely.
Add Honey and Lemon
While the tea is still slightly warm stir in the honey until it is fully dissolved throughout the tea. Once cooled, add the fresh lemon juice and stir to combine all the flavors thoroughly.
Serve Over Ice
Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes and pour the rooibos lemonade over the ice. Garnish each glass with two slices of fresh lemon on the rim and serve immediately.
