Instructions
Prepare the Mug
Place the butter in a large microwave-safe mug and microwave for 15 seconds until melted. Tilt the mug to coat the inside with butter to prevent sticking.
Mix the Eggs
Crack both eggs into the buttered mug and add the milk, salt, and pepper. Beat vigorously with a fork until the yolks and whites are fully combined and the mixture is uniform.
