Instructions
Lay Out Bread
Lay all four slices of bread flat on a clean cutting board and decide which two will be the top slices and which two will be the bottom slices of each sandwich.
Spread the Seed Butter
Spread two tablespoons of sunflower seed butter generously and evenly all the way to the edges of two of the bread slices making sure every bite will be covered.
Add Jam and Banana
Spread one tablespoon of strawberry jam on each of the remaining two bread slices, then layer the thin banana slices evenly on top of the jam for added natural sweetness and creaminess.
Assemble and Serve
Press the seed butter slices firmly onto the jam and banana slices, drizzle with a tiny bit of honey if desired, then slice diagonally and serve immediately or wrap tightly in parchment for a school lunch.
