Prepare the Ingredients
Measure out silken tofu and break it into chunks. Ensure the banana is fully frozen for the best thick creamy texture in the final smoothie.
Blend Base Ingredients
Add silken tofu soy milk and frozen banana to a high-speed blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds until completely smooth with no lumps remaining.
Add Remaining Ingredients
Add peanut butter chia seeds and cocoa powder to the blender. Blend again for another 20 to 30 seconds until everything is fully incorporated and creamy.
