Make the Kofta Balls

Mix grated paneer and mashed potato together in a bowl with a pinch of salt. Form the mixture into small smooth balls about the size of a golf ball. You should get around 12 to 14 balls.

Fry the Kofta

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Gently place kofta balls in the pan and fry for about 3 to 4 minutes turning carefully until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside on paper towels.

Make the Creamy Sauce

In the same pan add crushed tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes stirring frequently. Add garam masala and salt then stir well. Pour in the cream and simmer on low heat for 8 minutes until sauce thickens beautifully.

Gently place the fried kofta balls into the sauce and let them soak for 2 minutes. Serve immediately with steamed rice or soft naan. Drizzle extra cream on top for presentation kids will love.
