Instructions
Prepare Your Glass
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes all the way to the top. A chilled glass works best to keep the drink cold and the bubbles lively throughout.
Add the Cherry Juice
Pour the tart cherry juice directly over the ice. Use pure 100 percent tart cherry juice with no added sugar for the best flavor and the most natural melatonin support.
Mix in the Magnesium
Stir the magnesium glycinate powder into the cherry juice until it fully dissolves. Do not skip this step or the powder will clump when the soda is added.
Top with Prebiotic Soda
Slowly pour the prebiotic soda over the back of a spoon to preserve the carbonation. Add fresh lime juice and a small drizzle of honey at this stage if desired.
Garnish and Enjoy
Tuck mint leaves and lime slices into the glass for garnish. Give the drink one gentle stir and sip slowly about 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.
