Instructions
Prepare the glass
Rub a lime wedge around the rim of each glass and dip into chili salt to coat the rim evenly. Fill each glass with ice cubes.
Mix the base
In a small pitcher combine guava juice, lime juice, and agave syrup. Stir well until the agave is fully dissolved.
Add the spice
Sprinkle in the cayenne pepper and stir vigorously to incorporate it throughout the mixture. Taste and adjust heat to your preference.
Pour and fizz
Pour the guava mixture over the iced glasses filling them about three quarters full. Top each glass gently with sparkling water.
Garnish and serve
Place a lime slice on the rim and tuck in a fresh mint sprig. Serve immediately while the fizz is still active.
