Instructions
Prep and Heat Pan
Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced bell pepper and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until slightly softened.
Add Tofu
Add the crumbled tofu to the pan and break it into small pieces resembling scrambled eggs. Stir well to combine with the peppers.
Season the Scramble
Sprinkle turmeric, garlic powder, and nutritional yeast over the tofu. Add soy sauce and stir everything together until the tofu is evenly coated and golden yellow.
