Heat the Pan
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. A properly heated pan ensures the tofu gets some color instead of just steaming.
Scramble the Tofu
Add crumbled tofu to the hot pan and spread it out. Sprinkle turmeric cumin and nutritional yeast over the tofu and stir to coat evenly. Cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
