Instructions
Make Strawberry Lava
Blend the frozen strawberries with sugar and 2 tablespoons of water until completely smooth. Strain if desired for a silky texture and set aside.
Make Coconut Pineapple Base
In a separate blender combine the pineapple juice and coconut cream and blend until smooth and frothy. This is the white tropical base of the drink.
Layer and Serve
Fill glasses with ice then pour the pineapple coconut mixture until three-quarters full. Slowly pour the strawberry lava down the inside of the glass to create the iconic flowing red lava layer. Serve with a straw and garnish with a pineapple slice.
