Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread a thin even layer of softened cream cheese across the entire tortilla leaving a small border at the edges.
Add Fillings
Layer turkey slices evenly over the cream cheese then add one slice of cheddar cheese and a handful of baby spinach leaves on top.
Roll Tightly
Starting from one end roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape pressing gently as you go to keep the filling compact and secure.
Slice and Serve
Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes then slice into 1 inch rounds before packing into the lunchbox.
