Instructions
Make the biscuit dough
Mix flour and baking powder in a bowl. Cut in cold vegan butter until crumbly. Add oat milk and stir until a shaggy dough forms. Do not overmix.
Bake the biscuits
Turn dough onto a floured surface, pat to 1 inch thick, and cut into rounds. Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 to 14 minutes until golden brown.
Cook the mushrooms
In a skillet over medium heat, cook mushrooms in a little vegan butter for 5 minutes until browned and most moisture has evaporated.
Build the gravy
