Whisk the Eggs
Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the milk. Whisk vigorously until fully combined and slightly frothy. Season lightly with a pinch of salt and pepper if desired.
Cook the Veggies and Eggs
Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the finely diced zucchini and saute for 2 minutes until slightly softened. Pour the egg mixture over the veggies and cook, stirring gently with a spatula, until the eggs are just set and still slightly soft.
